Pastor Jeff Beltz watches over the spiritual life of this church, studies and teaches the Word, administers the ordinances and has charge of the worship services.
Jeff also is a member of the elders and an ex-officio member of all committees. Because Ephesians 4:11 indicates that his position is the result of a sovereignly given spiritual gift, and because of his position and authority in teaching the Word, his leadership is prominent
(1 Thess. 5:12-13; 1 Tim. 5:17b; Heb. 12:17).
Pastor Jeff and Cristy Beltz also oversee the Crossfire Youth (7th-12th grade) Ministry and lead these young people in worship and fellowship on Wednesday evenings.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Cristy Beltz oversees the Women’s Ministry of Believer’s Bible Church, along with Robin Castillo. Through in-depth Bible studies, fellowship and group prayers, the women in the church grow closer to Christ, each other and seek to reflect Christ love to the community. She and Pastor Jeff oversee Crossfire Youth and she also serves as BBC's Office Assistant.

Robin Castillo helps oversee the Women’s Ministry, along with Cristy Beltz. Whether it's teaching amazing Bible studies, leading women's corporate prayer or conducting Sunday School for teens, Robin always serves the Lord with heartfelt joy.

MUSIC ACCOMPANIST & CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Elaine believes God blesses us with music so that we can praise and worship our Lord. She states, "Singing to the Lord enhances our worship of the Lord and fellowship with one another." She musically accompanies the worship service, as well as leads the children choirs for the Christmas and Resurrection Sunday services.
Elaine also coordinates the children's Wednesday night program.
